Terms of Service

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at peptidemerchantservices.com (the "Site") and the free statement review service made available through it (the "Service"), operated by Peptide Merchant Services ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Site or submitting a statement for review, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.

Eligibility

The Service is available to business operators who are operating in the United States and who represent that their business activities are lawful under applicable federal and state law. We specifically serve the following merchant categories:

  • Research-Use-Only (RUO) peptide and related compound sellers operating under a compliant B2B model with appropriate disclaimers;
  • Pharmacy operators and compounding facilities holding a current applicable Rx or dispensing license in the jurisdictions where they operate.

By submitting a statement, you represent that (a) you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your business; (b) your business operations comply with applicable law; and (c) the information and documents you provide are accurate and belong to you or your business. We reserve the right to decline any submission at our sole discretion.

Nature of the Service — Informational Only

The free statement review is an informational service. Our analysis of your submitted statement — including any observations about fee structures, cost comparisons, or processing patterns — constitutes general information only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or payment-processing advice.

Providing a statement review does not obligate us to offer you a merchant account, processing agreement, or any other product or service. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will qualify for, or be approved for, any payment-processing program. Approval decisions are subject to underwriting criteria that are determined independently of the statement review.

You acknowledge that any comparisons, observations, or projections in your review are based solely on the information contained in your submitted documents and on market conditions at the time of the review. Actual processing outcomes may differ from those described.

Your Submission

By uploading a document, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, read, and process the content of that document solely for the purpose of preparing your review. You represent that you have the right to share the documents you submit and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality agreement, contractual restriction, or applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you submit. We are not liable for errors in analysis that result from incomplete, inaccurate, or altered submissions.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or the Service to:

  • Submit documents or information that you do not have the right to share;
  • Misrepresent the nature, legality, or ownership of your business;
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measure, bot-detection system, or access control on the Site;
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site;
  • Transmit any malicious code, virus, or disruptive content via the upload interface.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and page design — is the property of Peptide Merchant Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

The written review we deliver to you is provided for your personal business use. You may share it internally with your team, but you may not publish, resell, or distribute it as a commercial product without our consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any review we provide will be complete, accurate, or applicable to your specific circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peptide Merchant Services and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, because the Service is provided free of charge, will be zero.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptide Merchant Services and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site or Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your misrepresentation of your business's eligibility or lawful status; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right in connection with a submission.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. A link does not constitute an endorsement.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice on the Site prior to it taking effect.
