Jordan oversees the underwriting process for every merchant that comes through the program. That means reviewing processing history, chargeback ratios, business documentation, disclaimers, and fulfillment practices — and producing an honest picture of what the acquiring bank will see, before any application goes in.

With a background spanning card-not-present risk management and regulated-goods compliance, Jordan has reviewed hundreds of merchant files across nutraceutical, supplement, and research-product categories. The goal is always the same: identify real risk early, address what can be addressed, and give merchants a straight answer instead of a soft decline after weeks of back-and-forth.

Jordan works closely with merchants on documentation requirements and pre-boarding readiness, so that the formal underwriting submission reflects the strongest possible file.
